Birdy's Coarse Wholegrain Mustard

On a recent trip to the National Mustard Museum in Middleton, Wisconsin we tasted a ton of different mustards in one fell swoop. Results? I really like German-style mustards. They have a richer texture, deeper flavor, and are easy to spread or mix into a vinaigrette.
