Orange Blossom Honey Vinegar

Walking in Southern Spain in early spring, you smell the heady fragrance of orange blossoms before you even notice the fruit in the trees that line almost every street. This delightful, mosaic patterned bottle captures that fragrant experience.

White wine vinegar made from organic Moscatel wine is lightly sweetened with orange blossom honey. It’s not as sweet as you might expect, but it has a pleasant brightness accentuated by floral, citrusy flavors.

Ideal for salads and fish, but my favorite is to drink it with a little sparkling water to transport myself back to the Spanish sunshine.
